Job Summary:
This is an entry-level management position in the operations department of Gruppo International USA L.L.C.
As Operations Manager, you will assist our current Operation Manger with administrative and operational functions in planning, organizing and coordinating business's operations, ensuring the company will be able to meet its goals.
You will report directly to the President of the company and will support the small team that makes up the growing company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
- Estimates the cost of company’s project proposals.
- Reviewing project proposals to ensure that they meet all company standards for quality and compliance with industry rules and regulations.
- Checking on the status of projects at various stages of development to ensure that they are progressing as planned.
- Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure that the company meets its goals while staying within the company’s budget guidelines.
- Coordinates with other support departments to ensure that the appropriate resources are available to meet project demands.
- Determines labor needs to meet company’s goals.
- Handle customer service issues as they arise.
- Oversee shipping and delivery schedules.
- Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Represent Gruppo International USA LLC with a high degree of professional etiquette when with clients and contractors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have valid US work authorization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be flexible and adaptable.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with employees in order to ensure that they are getting the support they need.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree in operations management or a related field.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk in a shared office space and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
