Are you a relationship builder who loves technology and managing interactive digital experiences for consumers? Can you interpret complex digital solutions into straightforward and persuasive points-of-view for clients? As an Account Executive for Interactive Services, your responsibility will be to effectively move interactive projects forward through product management and relationship building skills. Candidates should have a hunger for client relations and adore technology and the digital space. This role will merge these two passions into one.

You’ll likely need the following qualifications and experience to be successful in this role:

  • We believe that years of experience is just a number; that said, typically someone in this role has 3 years of experience in Account Management, Product Management, Interactive Development or Project Management
  • Previous agency experience is ideal
  • Experienced in agile practices, including SCRUM, and comfortable working in a variety of content management systems like Umbraco and WordPress
  • Previous experience in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana and/or similar platforms
  • Highly qualified candidates will have experience building schedules and managing internal communications for web and mobile projects lasting over three months; should have experience that has progressed past daily interactive maintenance tasks
  • Proven experience working with UX and development teams in an account management capacity and should be comfortable providing critical feedback to UX and creative work
  • Candidates who have experience managing and/or operating in large scopes or have experience with asset generation particularly for web will be considered highly qualified
  • A natural mediator and bridge builder, someone who doesn’t shy away from healthy conflict especially when internal teams and client expectations are in opposite corners
  • A highly curious leader who roots out ambiguity, confusion, or lack of clarity so all sides can win
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to build project budgets, SOWs, and pitching investments to clients
  • Previous experience working in MS Office, Google Suite, Workamajig, Keynote

Location:

Given the nature of Account Management and the client assigned to this position being located in Nashville, we are only considering candidates who currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville in the near future (first 90 days of employment).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
