Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain budgets across six products and six advertising agencies
• Consolidate weekly budgets across eight products and four advertising agencies
• Work with client and internal director to maintain “Mega Bills” spreadsheet that tracks billing and spending for various products
• Track product allocations for “Mega Bill” summary
• Track planned versus billed activity
• Coordinate AABA charts with Media Planners and reconcile with planned budgets
