GSE Engineering and Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Administrative Assistant who is a team player dedicated to the completion of tasks and who works efficiently. GSE is a small business that focuses on the betterment of our community through geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineering.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for editing and compiling documents and data in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, working in internal and external databases, data entry, and producing documents and reports for review by senior staff. The position requires the ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve common goals. Communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure with a deadline are key.

Education and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a full time position paid hourly. After 60 days, employee will be offered health insurance, generous PTO, and other company benefits. A Roth IRA and 401k are available after 90 days.
