Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed these goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that maximize profits. Ensure the sales team is focused on selling advertising solutions to local businesses that meet the needs of local businesses.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as a point of contact for key clients and ensure their advertising needs are met.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges for business growth. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Revenue Generation: Drive consistent revenue growth by acquiring new clients and increasing sales volumes to existing clients.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasting. Report on team/individual performance and market conditions to senior management.
- Training and Development: Conduct training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team. Ensure all team members are equipped to sell both digital and print media effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager leading a business to business sales team
- Strong understanding of digital and print advertising solutions a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally individuals from sales, to c-suite
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software and data analysis.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
