Job Description:
As a Nurse Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to join our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified nursing candidates. Your goal will be to attract top nursing talent and match them with appropriate positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing professionals, including registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to determine staffing needs and understand job requirements.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Build and maintain relationships with nursing schools, associations, and other healthcare organizations to expand the candidate pool.
Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in nursing recruitment.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or nursing recruitment.
Strong knowledge of nursing roles and responsibilities, as well as relevant licensing and certification requirements.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
