As an HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the US Benefits and Rewards team.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
- Use understanding of concepts and methodology of work performed to proactively deal with issues that require resolution. Identify process related issues and propose recommendations within remit.
- Organize logistics for Committee or vendor meetings while adhering to the meetings policies, liaising with internal/ external parties.
- Effectively use GSK systems to manage invoices, raise purchase orders and run reports.
- Manage the process for wire payments and vendor payments. Must be able to understand data and analyze for accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance-related state and federal filings and timely responses to participant or government document requests.
- Accountable for the benefits mail.
- Manage standard responses to document requests from external attorneys.
- Work closely with all members of the benefits team.
- Audit benefits reports for data issues and resolve issues.
- Assist with completion of benefits benchmarking surveys.
- Manage a high-volume workload proactively to a consistently high standard, by setting priorities, objectives and target dates.
- Undertake ad hoc reports/projects as required, simultaneously with routine work
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- High School diploma required
- 2 years in an administrative role
- 2 years experience with compliance
- 2 years experience with MS Suit such as (Word, Excel)
- 6 months of experience using CERPS, Workday, Service Now
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience managing budgets and financial activities
- Ability to work effectively & collaborate with stakeholders across other functions and geographies
- Ability to cope with ever increasing changes while maintaining a calm and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task without compromising quality of work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to analyze facts and data
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team player with good listening skills and ability to work un-supervised”
