What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound Quality Auditor position at GSP North America?
Seeking a highly motivated individual to perform daily quality audits to target inefficiency and increase our overall target of 100% shipment accuracy as well as providing support to Outbound shipping dock. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care to our external customers by verifying the picking process of small outbound shipments prior to shipping.
- Identify errors on each shipment and follow up on the corrective action.
- Capture pictures for each shipment and upload them to our Load Proof System
- Communicate any discrepancies to the responsible Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Able to lift to 30 lbs.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have Excellent communication skills
- Must posses basic data entry skills
- Must be able to read and interpret documents
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 2 years of verifiable experience
- Must have basic math and computer skills
- Must have a stable work history with a good attendance record
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work well with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
