What you will be doing as an AP Specialist:
- Responsible for performing all AP tasks on a timely and accurate basis
- Review invoices and check requests for proper remittance information, purchase order number, discount and payment terms
- Enter and correctly code invoices on a timely basis and cut checks for payment
- Enter and maintain purchase orders on a timely and accurate basis
What you will bring to the table as an AP Specialist:
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience required
- MAS500 or other accounting software package required
- Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
