Position: Technical Product Analyst
Location: Grapevine, TX OR Remote
Position Type: Direct Hire

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar Technical Area
  • 2 years working with Product Management in a Product Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Experience and/or work knowledge of Healthcare concepts of PHI and HIPPA.
  • Strong written communication skills demonstrated by producing Release Notes and End User Document/Training Materials.
  • Strong verbal communications skills demonstrated by effectively working with 1) business teams on automation needs, processes, and solutions and 2) software development teams on communicating product functional and technical needs.
  • Proven abilities to work as a member of larger team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative member of larger team using strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong interest in staying current with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience working in an environment with HIPAA, PII, PHI, PCI and HITRUST regulation a plus.
  • Experience working in a small, fast growing company environment a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Yearly pay
