Job Title : Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Contract Duration : 6 Months
Pay range $20 - $24 / hr
Location : Marysville, CA

About the Role :
Join our patient-focused team and make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I), you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and accurate blood draws.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients
- Explain procedures and create a trusting environment
- Perform accurate and safe blood draws from patients of all ages
- Prepare specimens for lab testing
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Adhere to established practices and procedures
- Maintain required records and documentation
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience
- 1 years of phlebotomy experience preferred
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment
- Strong keyboard / data entry skills
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
