- Contract Duration 6 Months
Key Tasks:
- Project Plan including resource plan
- Status Reporting, including Risk & Issues
- Country transformation plan, including Comms Change & training to ensure operational readiness
- Transition of country finance & procurement services to Global Business Operations (GBO) team
- Stakeholder management to local country leadership & Global Programme leadership teams
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Manager will prepare, monitor, and drive the implementation plan for the assigned project
- Manage and mitigate all project risk & issues
- Define and manage programme resources required for project deliverables
- Accountable for the successful implementation of BOT in the assigned country or Cluster as per the Cluster plan
- Project Manager will lead the day-to-day management to deliver a successful implementation on time, on budget and agreed quality as per go live exit criteria.
- Manage engagement and transition of local markets to Global Business Operations team
- Manage SI delivery and challenge when appropriate
- Manage the Business Transformation to ensure business operational readiness to receive BOT, including change, comms, and training for local country
- Flag any potential deviations from agreed timelines or quality levels as per the Governance.
- First escalation point for the Country or Cluster
Competences
Capabilities and Knowledge
- SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba a must, SAP Retail a plus
- Ability to drive teams in a diverse international and distributed team a must
- Strong communication and decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting needs a must
- Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels a must
- Formal Project Manager qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent) Key previous experience and proven skills
- Proven tracked record of programme management experience on large-scale Retail Global Business Transformation programs (min. 10 years).
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation within last 3 years
- SAP S4 Hana Implementation experience in large multi-cultural organisations
- Global Business Transformation and Change Experience
- Global experience of managing and challenging SI delivery
- Experience in complex programme environments involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model
