Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and results-oriented Finance Analyst, FP&A that will thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for Cost of Revenue (COR) plan/forecast model development and maintenance while also striving to improve accuracy, timeliness and quality of business insights and planning process. Working closely with the functional area leaders, you will ensure all inconsistencies are identified, investigated, and updated accordingly. Duties and Responsibilities: Create, maintain and improve COR Expense plan/forecast models and related reporting on COR trends and KPI's Enable models to assess a variety of scenarios, risks and opportunities around COR performance Develop in depth analysis of performance against COR plan/forecasts providing insight into underlying causes of variances impacting gross margin Identifies and implements refinements in plan/forecast accuracy and timeliness using new data sources, automation and tools Develop analytics around plan/forecast foreign currency exposure and sensitivity Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to enhance and/or implement new planning processes Lead communications and status reporting to internal partners of assigned projects Prepare and consolidate slide decks for various presentations & team reviews Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years FP&A experience Excel power user, experience with Tableau / Power BI Analytics tools, and database tools such as MS Access Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, forecasting and data analysis experience Effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting/competing priorities, and deliver high quality work in a high-paced environment Telecommunications background a plus Work Environment and Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Financial Forecasting and Modelling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modelling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results. Treasury Management: Knowledge of the principles and methods of managing treasury; ability to use tools, techniques, and processes to maximize the value of an organization's financial assets and revenue while minimizing risk. Universal Competencies: Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of transformation initiatives to drive fundamental changes, enhance responsiveness and efficiency to core business practices. Ability to drive cultural changes from best effort to results oriented. Customer First (Non-Customer Facing): Knowledge of internal customer interactions, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and partnership. Ability to build an environment supporting internal customer value creation at every level Operational Excellence: Understanding the system-driven processes for consistency and scalability. Ability to re-focus processes and systems from integration activity to maximizing a positive customer impact and anticipating future trends. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 depending upon relevant skills and experience.
