Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle.
  • Explain the restoration process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for work flow and timelines.
  • Review completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
  • Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to administration.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • 1-3 years experience managing water damage and fire damage emergency services
  • Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong desire to learn and excel
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20 % of time
  • Must be reliable, dependable and drug free
