What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager position at Guardian Angel Homes?
Guardian Angel Homes, a leader in long term care, has a unique opportunity for the right individual to join our management team. Our Richland location is currently seeking a business office manager/bookkeeper to assist the site administrator in daily operations. We will train the right candidate, but would prefer a minimum 1 year experience in office administration tasks. You'll work in tandem with the administrator to direct all marketing activities, accounting and billing, payroll for staff, filing, office management, acting as liaison to residents, family members, other pertinent staff members, and state organizations in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the site administrator.
Duties include but are not limited to: assisting the site Administrator in financial analysis and accounting matters; answering phones and assisting residents, families, and staff; receive inquiries and tour potential tenants; maintain current employee records and assist with new employee orientation; bank deposits; facilitate accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.; order supplies as needed; and all other duties as assigned to support the daily operations of the community.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
