What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Guardian Asset Management?
Property Manager needed for two apartment complexes. One in the Johnsonville SC area and the other in the Myrtle Beach SC area. The Property Manager will rotate days between each property. This will be a full time position.
Property Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the apartment community and to insure the property is compliant with local state and federal regulations. This individual will work independently and with team mates to manage and resolve all property-level management issues. The individual should be familiar with multi-family housing as well as budgeting, housing agency regulations and a commitment to excellence. Experience in Yardi, LIHTC and HOME a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other software applications. Ability to communicate in a professional manner and resolve conflicts. Ability to prioritize, set, and meet deadlines. Occasional travel may be required.
Property Manager License preferred.
