About the Role
Guardian Booth LLC is a fast-growing, industry-leading manufacturing company seeking a friendly, motivated, and energetic individual for our team to help customers with questions, provide information about our product and services, and support our Sales Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience, internship experience is acceptable.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system of incoming and late payments.
- Monitor and date late payments.
- Initiate late payment notices to relevant parties.
- Make contact with appropriate parties via phone calls.
- Experience with collections
- Experience in CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A High School degree required
- A college degree is a plus
- The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn!
- English (required)
- Being bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus!
- Experience with Quickbooks
