Guardian Glass is looking for a Residential Strategic Account Manager to join our team!
This is a remote position ideally located on the East Coast.
The Strategic Accounts Manager focuses on assigned large residential customers (IGU Producer or window makers with IGU capabilities) to maximize long term profitability while optimizing the costs to serve. This role employs a strategic account management mindset to effectively manage virtual teams necessary to support this business.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Manage C-level relationships of 4-5 national accounts
- Lead and develop two National Account Managers
- Develop and track a 3-5 year roadmap for each account in terms of forecasting, pricing, quality claims, etc. and update according to account developments
- Establish, maintain, and execute a calendar of key events aligned with the strategy and objectives of the European Glass business
- Identify opportunities/pain points to create mutual benefit and grow or optimize cost-to-serve and improve the value through service
- Manage and expand relationships on functions like R&D, operations, sales, marketing, customer centricity and innovation
- Sales agreement negotiation
- Create account contracts, apply the principle of mutual benefit to drive sales and pricing strategy in order to reduce the cost to serve and increase the profitability
- Monitor and manage agreements in terms of compliance, risk & opportunities, and the key indicators of the customer’s satisfaction within a customer dashboard
- Be the single point of contact for Guardian and partner across teams to provide the client with the best service
- Act based upon market conditions in terms of quality, service, supply chain, marketing, pricing, etc.
- Update forecasts on a regular basis
- Travel from 50-75%

For this role, we anticipate paying $100-130,000 per year.
