Overview
The Bulfinch Group is seeking a talented individual to become an integral member of our financial services team to assist in primarily administrative duties along with some marketing functions. This position requires you to be:

  • A highly-functioning, multi-tasker who is looking to help foster explosive growth in a highly service-oriented and timeline sensitive role.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently under tight timelines, completing longer range projects along with last minute ad-hoc requests.
  • A task-oriented solutionist who takes pride in their work and is motivated by challenge, works well under pressure and gets things done while constantly striving for excellence.

About You
The ideal candidate will be able to:
· Learn new software and processes under an accelerated timeline
· Exhibit strong attention to detail. This role has tremendous growth potential for the right candidate on an accelerated timeline for someone who wants ownership, responsibility and is willing to go above and beyond for the lead advisor you’ll be working with and our clients.
· Work on a part-time basis with flexible hours: approximately 4 days a week for 20 hours total. There might be extra hours available.

· In the beginning, working in the office to learn systems, programs and process will be required. Once comfortable, more of a hybrid situation with flexible work from home schedule will be allowed.

Responsibilities Include:
Marketing:
· Social media platform management (LinkedIn and Facebook)
· Seminar/webinar organization
· Logistics management
· Newsletter management
· Client event organization.
Operations:
· Client service management
· Employee benefits enrollment for clients
· CRM database management
· Completion of relevant financial applications and financial documents for clients.
· Licensing and compliance-related matters as well.

Compensation
· Compensation will be $19 - $21/ hour to start based on experience.
· First review in 90 days with the potential of 5% - 10% raise upon completion of set and pre-determined objectives.

· 2022: Year-end bonus based on practice and individual performance of $500 - $2,000.
