The Sales Operation Specialist- Builder Division is responsible for Scheduling Jobs and Routing Technicians for our New Construction Division

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule Jobs for our New Construction Business Channel.
- Confirm all scheduled work with Construction Managers to ensure jobs sites are ready.
- Route technicians to all scheduled jobs using the most efficient route.
- Verify all PO’s are received for scheduled work.
- Work closely with Construction managers as well as our Operations team.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative or scheduling capacity
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external partner
- Excellent time management, organizational, and accuracy skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
