Guardian Security Services is currently looking to hire a Relief Security Officer to be our "Go To" officer. This role will have to be someone that has complete open availability, which could be at a moments notice. The location of coverage for this position will be in the in the far Northern to Northwestern Suburbs. The individual will help out with vacations, Military leave of absence, call off coverage, sick leave, etc. Your ability to get to and from locations is required. You Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record(MVR) going back 2 yrs, with reliable transportation! The right person will have a mature demeanor and have a proven successful track record in their work history to show their performance abilities, as well as, their ability to have flexible scheduling. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking at bringing someone on board with a significant starting rate of $16.02/hr!! Customer service in our profession is an absolute requirement. Your ability to get along with others and to be autonomous to learn multiple sites will be paramount in your success in this position.
