What You Will Do *:
The Guidehouse Creative Team is looking for an ultra-collaborative, solution oriented, high energy creative traffic lead. A calm-under-pressure air traffic controller optimist who is a natural creative problem solver. Someone that can create organization out of an overflow of creative projects that run the gamut on variety and scope. A significant amount of the work is related to graphics development for proposals that run fast and furious. It would be very helpful if this creative traffic specialist has experience with RFP's and proposals to accurately convey the complex subject matter to each designer. This position will also assist with responsibilities related to the development of content strategy for select marketing creative work that covers digital, website, internal communications, event/promotional material, presentation document, social media and much more. The goal for this position is a teammate who is seamlessly connected with every member of our creative team and can make sure that high quality work is developed on time. It would be ideal if this candidate has experience with workflow processes and can bring a strong perspective to how the work can be best managed.
- Provide creative and strategic approaches to managing production workflows and establish best practices to keep the proposal deliverables for the Guidehouse Creative Team on track, on schedule, and on time.
- Apply a strategic and business acumen to high value proposal efforts to translate complex solutions into a creative deliverable.
- Facilitate projects to ensure quality through all stages of the Shipley Process so the end-product is produced in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.
- Embrace deadlines, and encourage a sense of urgency to meet said deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or results
- Managing intake of incoming job requests, and consulting with Creative Team Leadership to prioritize projects and determine deadlines
- Influencing and negotiating deadlines based on priorities and available resources
- Managing workflow/schedule of all incoming and existing proposal graphics support requests while keeping all parties informed of status, conflicts, and delays
- Communicating project priorities and due dates to the creative team
- Enforcing adherence of procedures and guidelines
- Producing and distributing accurate and meaningful traffic and status reports for internal and external clients
- Maintaining strong collaborative working relationships
- Managing administrative creative workflow such as processing invoices, generating purchase orders and managing specific vendor relationships
What You Will Need *:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of previous experience in a high-volume corporate or agency environment
- Experience with job tracking software or project management system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
