As a consultant, you will be a critical member of project workstreams and support client management, solution implementation, and generation of project results. This includes conducting qualitative and qualitative data analysis, preparing, and communicating well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives, and supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Job Description/Responsibilities: (bullet format) Identify and proactively address client needs by presenting potential solutions to challenges or issues Participates in compliance monitoring, audit, and other program assessment activities Ensures timely triage, response & resolution to identified issues; provides responses to participant inquiries Support outgoing communication, audit documentation and remedial actions development Effectively and concisely communicate and present information to client and leadership Develop high-quality presentations which effectively communicate key objectives and facilitate discussion across multiple stakeholders Develop and ensure quality deliverables Maintain security and privacy of all data handled **What You Will Need** **:** Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Health Information, or other relevant field of study Minimum 2 years of consulting experience **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** **** Ability to complete quality reviews of assigned tasks **** Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents and/or deliverables Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Ability to identify and address client needs Proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Demonstrated critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with others Ability to organize, perform, and track multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Audit background with knowledge of workpaper preparation Ability to reach conclusions based on audit evidence Knowledge of various audit methods including public sector auditing (e.g., performance, compliance Single Act audits) Demonstrates familiarity in the following areas: Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding Experience with HHS or CMS Healthcare financial statements and billing procedures Demonstrates proven abilities to work successfully as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback; providing guidance, clarification, and feedback to others The annual salary range for this position is $63,200.00-$113,800.00.
