Responsibilities

 

 

  •         Support financial management projects including; conducting interviews with client stakeholders, documenting processes, performing research and analysis and presenting analysis updates to team and/or client
  •         Detailed oriented, and develops high-quality work products
  •         Convey ideas clearly in an oral and written manner, both one-on-one and in small groups
  •         Collaborate across multiple work streams to leverage work and supporting evidence
  •         Contributes to business development initiatives

 

 


Qualifications

Required: 

 

  •          2 years’ experience in accounting, financial management, internal controls, and business process improvement
  •          Excellent communication and writing skills
  •          Strong Microsoft Office skills
  •          Bachelor's degree in Accounting, business or related field
  •        Project/Program management skills
  •        Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire

Preferred: 

  •        Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
  •        Familiar with federal guidance including the U.S Standard General Ledger, the GAO Green Book, OMB Circulars A-11, A-123, and A-136, or equivalent
  •        Knowledge of federal government environment, financial systems and practices
  •        Experience supporting clients in a dynamic federal environment with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
