What You Will Do:
As an Intermediate Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies and processes. You will be responsible for capturing and sharing knowledge and developing resources that support our team and clients in executing their work.
- Work with clients to design and implement knowledge management initiatives that support business goals.
- Capture, organize, and share knowledge generated by the team, ensuring that it is easily accessible and usable.
- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, tools and resources.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with five (5) years or more of professional experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has eight (8) or more years of experience.
- Proficiency in knowledge management systems and tools, such as SharePoint.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with federal financial management
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Five (5) years or more experience in management consulting or professional services environment.
