What You Will Do:
As a Loan Analyst on our Public Sector Financial Services team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day lender service operations
including one or more of the following loan servicing functions: document processing, payment calculations, security redemptions, transmitting
/ approving money movements, reviewing account activity, remittance reconciliation, and monitoring industry performance/adherence with
stated agreements. You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple
adaptions and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence,
depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.

What You Will Need:
• A minimum of one (1) year of banking or financial experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of program participants
• Strong analytical and quality control skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint (experience with the Mail Merge feature in Word is an added benefit)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with the terminology of the office unit
• Knowledge of SBA Form 1502 reporting is a plus

This position is covered by the Service Contract Act – Wage Determination (WD) No. 2015-4187. The wage offered for this role is $31.25/hour a Health & Welfare rate of $4.54/hour, which meets or exceeds the minimum wage requirements of the WD.

The annual salary range for this position is $0.00-$0.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
