What You Will Do *:
The Program Integrator is responsible for supporting the Lead Program Integrator and coordinating the development, integration, and delivery of complex programs for an organization. They work with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the program meets the organization's goals and objectives, and that all parts of the program are integrated and functioning smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a program integration plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all parts of the program are integrated and working together
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Monitor program progress and performance against established metrics
- Develop and manage program budgets and resource allocation plans
- Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ensure program compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
- Continuously improve program management processes and practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff and team members
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the program team
What You Will Need *:
- The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- A BS degree with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience. Strong preference for an advance d degree
- Technical Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of each program that they are integrating. They should be well-versed in programming languages, web technologies, and database management systems.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. They must be able to translate technical jargon into layman's terms.
- Analytical Skills: Be analytical and can understand complex systems and processes. They should have a keen eye for details and be able to identify potential conflicts and risks.
- Project Management: Be skilled in project management and can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. They should be able to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Problem-Solving: Have strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve program integration issues. They must be able to think critically and creatively to find solutions to complex problems.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They must be open to change and willing to learn new technologies and processes.
- Teamwork: Be team players and able to collaborate effectively with other team members. They must be able to work with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that programs are integrated seamlessly.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience Preferred:
- Experience working with the Department of Defense, specifically the Army
- Familiarity with current DOD and Army Data and Digital Transformation Strategies
- Experience working with agile teams
- Experience executing change management strategies
- Experience in Management or Technology Consulting
Education/Certifications Preferred:
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
The annual salary range for this position is $78,600.00-$157,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
