What You Will Do :

Lead and facilitate daily and bi-weekly scrum team meetings
-
Lead planning sessions
-
Document, track, and trace requirements using established tools throughout the lifecycle of the system
-
Requirements must be measurable, testable, related to identified business needs or opportunities, and defined to a level of detail sufficient for system design
-
Lead or assist in the preparation of all requirements driven documentation (Systems Requirements Specification – Primary Responsibility, Test Documentation, etc.)
-
Prepare and communicate team status reports
-
Interface with Product Owners, Partner and Testing teams
-
Analyze all requirements for completeness, concise, feasibility, linkage and interdependency, test-ability, etc.
What You Will Need :
-
Resolves or escalates critical issues in a timely manner
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and minimum of 4 years of experience of related experience
-
Software development and requirements/system analysis experience
-
Knowledge of Scrum principles
-
Experience in functional Use Cases, Data Flow, Work Flow diagramming, UML and Data Entity Relationship Diagrams
-
Experience working with web based systems
-
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-
Experience with Jira
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain policies, procedures, and technical information clearly and accurately

Possess strong conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills
-
Strong organizational and planning skills
-
Skilled at prioritizing and completing tasks of multiple priorities in a timely manner
-
Confidence working with and interfacing with clients across different parts of the business
-
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
-
Able to adapt quickly in a rapid, changing environment
-
Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
What Would Be Nice To Have :
The annual salary range for this position is $95,800.00-$143,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
