What You Will Do :
Demonstrates proven knowledge of working with clients to understand enterprise strategies, business challenges and capability gaps and design business solutions that involve creating and providing business and technology implementation road maps, technology recommendations and methodologies to develop and implement multi-phase ERP initiatives. This includes proven success in roles within a top-tier professional services firm or a large enterprise leading the end-to-end sales process, recruiting, staffing and delivering projects and supporting clients with expertise in the following areas:

Success supporting the business development process from initial contact through opportunity qualification and shaping, solution demonstrations and leading full proposal response and submission

Collaboration with client business and technology leads to lead or support strategic roadmaps, assess various business areas, review market alternatives of COTS products
-
Experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle ERP and EPM implementations in both an On Prem and Cloud environments

Experience with Enterprise technology solutions across the Finance and Accounting business areas (others such as HR or Supply Chain a plus) and industries (e.g. Public Sector, Energy, Health Care, and Financial Services)

Engagement with business executives and SMEs to define, understand and document business strategy, requirements definition and desired business process capabilities, iterating new business and technology capabilities, and creating future-state models

Experience in a top-tier commercial or public sector organization or consulting firm, demonstrating the ability to discern and develop enterprise and functional business and technology solutions.
Demonstrates proven abilities and a record of success to direct and execute the following areas:

Identify and address client needs: build solid relationships with clients; develop an awareness of services; communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicate and manage potential conflicts;

Develop Implementation Strategy and Plan; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, documenting effectively, using non-technical business terms and vocabulary that will be clearly understood by all users and co-workers; and, coordinating, facilitating and making presentations;

Develop models (conceptual, logical, physical, as-built) for business and technology solutions;

Design and lead engagements aligned to a client's business needs;

Conduct research and analyze large and complex data sets, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses;

Lead teams as a Project or Program Manager and work closely and harmoniously with both business users and IT personnel on projects;

Translate end state business and technology models into solution blueprints.

Understanding and documenting existing business systems and technology;

Formulating business and technical solutions;

Gathering, analyzing and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements.
What You Will Need :
Minimum Years of Experience:
10 years Selling and Implementing ERP Financials Implementations across multiple industries
Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
4 years of consulting experience or senior-level HCM operations experience
Experience leading and executing HCM Business Process Discovery and Assessments
Experience leading large, full life cycle ERP implementation(s) – Workday Preferred
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience building and managing high performance teams
Passionate interest in continuous learning and professional growth, particularly in payroll systems.
Knowledge of SDLC and/or project methodology
Excellent Communication, written and verbal
The annual salary range for this position is $142,300.00-$284,500.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
