Responsibilities
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our National Security Segment to perform a workload assessment for an office in a Foreign Affair Agency. The work will include performing an evaluation of how much demand is put on the different types of resources (personnel and systems), assessing if the resources are over-burdened or under-burdened, looking at how work is assigned and then performed, and identifying recommendations for a reallocation of resources. Guidehouse is looking for a candidate who can perform process improvement and data analytics to complete the required activities.
Qualifications
Required:
1 years of experience
Experience supporting workload assessments
Experience with data analytics
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Bachelor's Degree
Active Interim Secret or Secret clearance
Preferred:
3 years of experience
Experience performing workload assessments
Experience with business process improvement and process mapping
Experience with data analytics and management, reviewing client raw data sets, staffing and performance data
Experience with project management tools
Experience working with stakeholders to understand requirements and needs
Experience performing interviews or leading stakeholder meetings
Experience working with Federal Government clients
Experience with Tablaeu, Power BI
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
Ability to support and contribute to high performing teams with a high standard for quality
Ability to effectively engage and interact with senior executive clients
Effective communicator, both written and spoken
Ability to think critically, strategically, and innovatively
Must be collaborative and inclusive of all backgrounds and opinions
Ability to support efforts in maintaining a strong sense of team morale and wellness
