Job Summary
The WebTPA Operational Readiness Lead plays an integral role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Operations and controlling internal cost. Focuses on assigned Workstream(s) related to Florida Blue ASO Migration (150 groups) over 3 years, which includes issue research and resolving issue escalation, creating Controls, Metrics, SLA's, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, creating and maintaining Documentation, and Lessons Learned.

Essential Functions
- The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.
- Develop, implement, administer and revise policies, procedures and programs that meet business needs (15%)
- Identify risks, evaluate controls and prepare findings and recommendations. Create contingency plans to ensure all potential failures are accounted for. (10%)
- Produce, edit and distribute a variety of business documents such as reports, templates, policies, procedures, training, etc. (15%)
- Create, present and/or facilitate meetings, webinars, conference calls, training programs, for a variety of internal and external audiences (15%)
- Participate on or lead large, complex departmental and/or divisional projects (1 or Multiple Workstreams across Organization). (10%)
- Collaborate with other Operational Leads internally and externally to complete all required artifacts. (10%)
- Subject Matter Expert for assigned Workstream(s) with detailed knowledge of Florida Blue and WebTPA Tools, Processes and Procedures. (20%)
- Serve as WebTPA Account Mgt. Triage Team Member to help support FLB Account Mgt. post implementation for any issues. Responsible for root cause analysis and providing information for new solutions. (5%)
Required Work Experience
4 years related work experience. Experience Details: Minimum of 4 years working within complex projects operating as a Lead, Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, or Project Manager

Demonstrated experience in Business Planning and Operations preferably in a highly matrix environment.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability in the use of process and operational work flows.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques.
