Program Manager
Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for the total oversight of production projects/programs, with a focus on military projects. The Program Manager will provide regular program status reports to the Guild Management Team and communicate with customers as required.
Role/Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient and effective coordination of engineering design, procurement, and manufacturing to achieve project/program objectives.
Deliver projects/programs on time and within budget.
Coordinate with DOD in all aspects of design, production, and testing. Understand and execute all aspects of the military acquisition process, including First Article Testing, Integrated Logistics Support, Tech manual development and all aspects of product sustainment
Understand and adhere to all government DFARs and FARs
Work closely with Operations and Engineering to develop project schedules.
Manage available resources to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Provide regular project(s) status updates, including compliance to budget.
Act as a technical resource for assigned projects.
Support Guild’s Vision, Mission, and Principles, as well as all Company Safety and Quality Standards.
Must be detail oriented and demonstrate strong analytical and problems solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or another related field is preferred.
Three to five years of experience as Program Manager.
Technical report writing capability is required.
Other Qualifications & Requirements:
Maintain valid passport.
Forty-hour work week plus overtime as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
