Job Description

JOB COORDINATOR - FLOORING

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a major Multi-Tasking position, juggling many things daily.

Converting feet to yards; linear feet and square feet; and other math processes.

Enter jobs into system.

Create job packets for Installers.

Communicating with installers in the field.

Interface with manufacturing production to ensure stock arrives on time.

Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers.

Schedule installation of work with customer and enter onto software calendar.

Coordinate material submittals and approval processes with the appropriate team members.

Track change orders and prepare and upload documentation.

Solving customer problems and issues.

Purchase order data entry.

Enter customers into our proprietary software.

Confirm scheduled work and rearrange as needed.

Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.

Candidates with flooring experience will be given top consideration.

Converting feet to yards; linear feet and square feet.

Analytical Skills: Extreme attention to detail; ability to comprehend, analyze and apply knowledge and information.

Technical Skills: Ability to quickly absorb technical knowledge (i.e.

software).

Organization: Ability to organize work efficiently; meet deadlines by prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects and competing demands (multitask).

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented, and ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles.

2 Years’ Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products i.e.

Accuracy, efficiency, and reliability are key skills to be successful in this position.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Maintain positive attitude and possess outgoing personality.

Must have a valid driver license.

Must have a dependable mode of transportation.

Must be able to pass a background check.
