WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Assists with coordinating and providing courtroom liaison activities, job development, job placement, case management and assisting in the establishment of responsible parenthood for individuals participating in the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program. 

  • Provide comprehensive case management to program participants.
  • Participates in the development of individual employment plan for the participant.
  • Assist with establishing community-based employment sites for program participants.
  • Provides individualized job development to program participants.
  • Assist with contacting potential clients informing them about the program to coordinate services.
  • Records, analyzes, and reports results of the employment process in a concise and timely fashion.
  • Provides follow-along services to applicable program participants.
  • Supports program with linkage to other applicable internal and external programs.
  • Informs supervisor on employment job sites to ensure that they are accessible and in compliance with safety/health standards of this agency and other accrediting agencies.
  • Ensure that two peer review are reviewed a month.
  • Completes agency security trainings as well as DCF yearly updated of Security Awareness and HIPAA.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; with a minimum of two years' experience
  • Must complete the Workforce Professional Certification within the period instituted by the Program Funder and dictated by the Regional Workforce Board.
  • Must have valid drivers' license and automobile insurance.
