WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Senior Case Manager is a professional non-exempt position, responsible for assisting the Case Management Supervisor in providing case management supervision to teams delivering foster care and related services within CBC. Teams may include (besides the Case Manager), therapist, foster parents, primary caregiver, guardian ad litem and other appropriate professionals. Candidate must have a current child welfare certification with the Florida Certification Board. The supervision will focus on the safety and permanency of the children and attainment of specific performance standards and outcomes.
