Gulf Coast Property Management (GCPM) assists property owners and investors with the business of renting their rental homes. We bridge the gap between property owners, residents, and guests by providing professional marketing, leasing, and management services on their behalf. We are currently recruiting for the position of Vacation Rental Account Manager. You will be trained in our processes and procedures. Please bring a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. The right candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, tech savvy, organized, and have a great attitude. We are a small team, and we need people who possess the drive to help us succeed and grow. This is a FAST-paced industry and self-direction is critical.
Based in our southern region from Sarasota to Port Charlotte and reporting to the Director of Vacation Rentals, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of properties and their owners with a help of a qualified team. You will strive to continually improve property owner, guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the Dept.
