What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician, Machinery & Equipment (Auto Mfg)-3rd Shift position at Gulf Coast Recruiting, LLC?
- This position performs repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting of the entire paint system, paint line equipment, production machinery and facility equipment.
- Provides robot, paint equipment and paint line maintenance including preventive maintenance such as filter changes.
- Performs repairs activities including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and troubleshooting of production and facilities machines systems.
- Performs maintenance of equipment and facilities, including paint spraying equipment, paint jigs washers/blaster, plumbing and basic HVAC maintenance.
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of paint equipment and other process production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. • Performs maintenance/repairs at a maximum efficiency and productivity to achieve department targets.
- Meets responsibilities and goals of the Maintenance department. • Ensures that machinery and equipment are properly maintained, operating efficiently and troubleshoots issues when needed. • Ensures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices within the department.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
