A & R Hospitality Group is looking for a Staff Accountant who is proficient in maintaining financial records, conducting internal audits, assists with payroll and accounts payable.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, conducting internal audits, run payroll when necessary, and maintaining accounts payable documentation.
We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following:
Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations.
Assist with monthly close processes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP.
Performs monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Respond to information requests, review financial statements and assist with audits.
Serve as a payroll expert who has the ability to run payroll through different software (Netchex, Quickbooks, etc.).
Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
