- Conduct preventative maintenance on building control systems, including database backups, system analysis, and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot and repair Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems and mechanical components.
- Engage with team members and customers to provide comprehensive support and training.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of control programs and standards.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or certificate in Applied Technologies, or related field.
- Understanding of DDC control theory and applications, basic electronics, and electrical circuits.
- Experience with mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred:
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Experience in a similar role within the mechanical or electrical field.
- Electrical-06A license or equivalent certification.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
