They have strong experience supporting a national team of sellers in building a high-performance sales and ongoing learning culture. They understand the intricate and ever-changing digital media landscape and inherently know how programmatic delivery works. The ideal candidate understands the value of getting their client's attention and delivering strong results, every time.

What You'll Achieve
- Drive new business and meet sales targets.
- Promote GumGum to Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, and Brands, focusing on increasing spend from independent agencies.
- Drive technology adoption.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Respond to briefs with the Design team for ad format ideation.
- Achieve KPIs and budget goals.
- Lead and manage a team of four, driving both individual and team sales targets.
- Travel interstate as needed.
- Execute internal processes and maintain forecasting/reporting systems.
- Collaborate with support teams for campaign delivery and upsell opportunities.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills You'll Bring
- BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience.
- 7 years in digital media, preferably in online verticals.
- Strong independent agency contacts in Australia.
- 4 years in digital media and advertising sales management.
- Proven record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Receptive to feedback and proactive in learning.
- Self-organized and proactive, using initiative to meet client needs.
