Job Responsibilities:
Manages, plans, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Manage new equipment installation, operation, and performance qualification schedules and ensure timelines are being met.
Manage facility upgrades and new construction projects.
Manages communication with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Schedules meetings, conducts meetings, takes notes, organizes reporting and communicates progress to senior management.
Develops and maintains resource, cost and capacity models.
Interfaces and collaborates with key project personnel to manage active projects and help teams remove road blocks and obstacles.
Modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with, and a successful track record of, managing complex, detailed projects with flawless execution in terms of results and timing
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Other Engineering or related field of study preferred
3-5 years of Project Management experience within a production environment
Exceptional organizational skills
Attention to detail; ability to handle a large amount of detailed information
Ability to create action plans to meet deadlines as promised
Ability to calculate and manipulate numerical data
Responsiveness, diligence and tenacity are important, along with the ability to proactively problem solve and work cooperatively with others
Facilitate communication between departments or groups via phone, email or in person
Able to work effectively and professionally with lots of different styles of people
Must be able to coordinate with vendors geographically world-wide and their respective time zone
Capable of quickly learning various software programs and proficient with project management tools and Microsoft office.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee must exert up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to move objects.
