Gunnison is seeking energetic and dedicated team member to support our Government Customer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Position: CRM Technical Business Analyst
Clearance: TS/SCI
Location: Fort Belvior, VA area
Description: Provide Subject Matter Expertise with regards to Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based application. Perform requirements assessments and deliver associated functional and technical roadmaps for implementation, configuration, and ongoing sustainment of Dynamics CRM-based solution supporting DoD clients. Act as liaison between customer and s/w vendor to communicate requirements and capabilities.
- Work with key stakeholders and user representatives to deliver evaluations, recommendations, and assessments.
- Identify gaps in system functionality against requirements
- Identify local solutions that have been created outside systems of record
- Diagnose adoption issues with associated solution that need to be overcome for future alternatives
- Perform Fit/Gap Analysis to identify unsatisfied current and future functional needs
- Develop Roadmap document that incorporates functional requirements, considers organizational security challenges, and brings best technical approach to the organization.
- Manage new system requests/requirements through documentation, tracking, prioritizing, and communicating the changes.
- Keep customer updated by communicating all ongoing implementation, system upgrades/features, and downtime interruption status.
- Review submitted and not submitted trouble tickets
- Submit service ticket on behalf of the customer when resolutions cannot be determined onsite
- Create advanced findings, dashboards, SQL reports, and workflows using the Dynamics CRM-based application.
- Evaluate current system usage
Position Requirements:
- 10 Years IT experience in the CRM space or 5 years as a functional CRM SME with 5 years of technology experience
- Certified in configuring and supporting MS Dynamics (preferably) or another CRM tool
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating requirements gathering and analysis
- Ability to work on-site every day
