Start from home daily.
Diagnose, adjust, repair, install, and trouble-shoot all Window and Door issues and their root causes on current product. Promote the Gunton tradition of “professionalism” and assist our organization in exceeding customer expectations
Requirements
Hourly pay based on experience! Up to $25 per hour.
Exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics at all times.
Adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies, including safety.
Service all products sold by Gunton Corporation.
Respond to urgent jobs based upon priority status.
Install products and accessories as required to complete service on first attempt. Employ all necessary measures to overcome challenges that hinder job completion.
Develop and maintain trusting relationships and communications with peers, the management team, internal and external customers enhancing the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer.
Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well organized, maintained, and professional vehicle.
Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer, including time of visit.
Maintain accurate, neat, and organized paperwork, including time cards and Recovery orders.
Convey a neat, clean, friendly, and professional appearance.
