Inside Sales Representative

Gutter Guards America is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through follow-up with potential customers interested in our roofing and gutter guard solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dublin, OH - In-office position
Salary and Compensation:
- Generous commission structure
- Base salary: $35,000 per year
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Send personalized emails and text messages to nurture leads
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project management
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries about our products and services
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product innovations
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of roofing and gutter systems is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
