For new-grad DVMs, we foster mentorship with experienced DVMs who love to teach and want to support a new grad in growing in their careers. Our new-grad mentorship program provides you with an initial shadow period to observe the other veterinarians, regular check-ins to make sure you are getting everything you need, rounding opportunities to brush up on important topics and more – all with the goal of giving you more time to learn the trade with less stress. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, licensed veterinarian by an accredited AVMA University and can be licensed in the state of Florida by only taking the Florida State Exam.
