This position will provide tasks related to troubleshooting hardware and software problems, replacing basic hardware, and loading operating systems. Incumbents may coordinate with outside support or with other IT staff and must have basic networking knowledge.

Training and Experience(positions in this class require):
- High School Diploma, or G.E.D.,
- 2 years of experience at the IT Technician, or comparable, level; or,
- an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
