Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
Develop insurance quotes, shop renewals, and issue certificates of insurance.
Respond to queries, problem solve, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
Work closely with coworkers to streamline and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
Property & Casualty License Required
3-5 years Commercial Lines experience.
Intermediate computer and technology proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask.
