Duties: - Manage and supervise a team of professionals, including social workers and support staff - Oversee program development and implementation to ensure high-quality services are provided - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders - Provide guidance and support to staff in their day-to-day responsibilities - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure coordination of services - Monitor program budgets and ensure resources are allocated appropriately - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Handle any escalated issues or concerns that arise Skills: - Strong program management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs effectively - Experience in behavioral health or related field, with knowledge of best practices and evidence-based interventions - Proven ability to manage and supervise a team, including providing guidance, support, and feedback - Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and community stakeholders - Budgeting skills to effectively allocate resources and manage program finances - Strong administrative skills to handle documentation, reporting, and record keeping - Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
