What will I be doing?
- Assist with the planning and development of new and existing large-scale projects
- Manage multiple projects, including those overseeing a consortium of 15 Adult Literacy & Education (AEL) providers
- Develop action plans to streamline processes and achieve expected outcomes in a timely manner
- Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with the Workforce Board’s directive and compliant with all federal, state and local laws, and regulations
- Supervise a diverse team of individuals
- Strategically adjust workload amongst team members
- Effectively communicate unit and project status
Key Qualifications
- Experienced in Project Management Principles and proven ability to handle large-scale projects from inception to completion, and anywhere in between
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple competing deadlines
- Skill in allocating scarce resources, including human capital
- Effective leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
Do you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
- 5 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, schools or in job-related duties

Salary : $76,126 - $142,052
