What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Production Manager position at H & H Consulting?
Candidate will directly supervise ready mix concrete operations in Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding area. Duties may include:
- Recommend measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.
- Supervises plant personnel and ready mix drivers’ performance and maintains clock times.
- Ensures trucks are kept clean inside and out, free from concrete buildup.
- Monitors, recommends, implements repairs and routine maintenance of equipment, building and grounds.
- Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures to determine cause, makes adjustments, repairs, and/or modifications as needed.
- Coaches, trains and mentors driver group on safe and efficient methods of operating equipment.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in ready-mix concrete business
Competitive pay: $100K, benefits bonus.
